SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping within India on orders above Rs. 5000. For orders below Rs. 5000, we charge Rs. 200 for delivery per order. Orders are shipped via Delhivery (www.delhivery.com) or via Blue Dart (www.bluedart.com), and can be tracked online.
Custom made orders are dispatched within 14 working days after approval of artwork by you. Artwork is sent to you within 2 working days of receipt of order (and payment). We do offer a couple of alternative artworks in case you are not satisfied with the original design sent. Only once you approve of the artwork it is sent for handcrafting. We do not share artwork before an order is placed.
If your order is a gift you can write the message you'd like included in the 'Note to Designer' textbox in the shopping cart, and we will include it on a card for you.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA

We will do the best we can and let you know if this is a possibility! We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and hence, we only commit to expedited delivery if it's genuinely possible :-)
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF INDIA
We currently ship to over 50 countrie via EMS/India Speed Post at a flat fee of USD 25. The shipment would be delivered by partner of EMS in your country - which is typically the national postal service of the destination country. Please refer to the list of countries below to see if we service your country*.

*Please Note: Any VAT, duties and taxes charged at the time of import into your country will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by you. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
All local custom clearance, insurance & freight charges (CIF Charges) within India will be borne by Eina Ahluwalia and is included within the shipping charge. However VAT, duties and taxes charged at the time of import into your country will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Eina Ahluwalia will not be liable to refund any orders that are refused due to non-payment of import/customs charges levied at the country of import.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order shipping times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 14 business days (except for custom made designs). Custom made orders are dispatched within 15-18 business days post approval of artwork by the customer. Transit time after dispatch is typically around 14 business days.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please place individual orders for different addresses.
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the tracking number as well as tracking link on the email address provided by you. Each piece at Eina Ahluwalia is individually handcrafted by our master craftsmen, they are one of a kind creations, and not factory manufactured. As a result there may be subtle variations from from one piece to the next, and minor differences in the natural semi precious stones we use. However, we strive to maintain aesthetic uniformity and each piece undergoes a strict quality check before being shipped out.
Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In these cases you may return the pieces exactly the way you received them, unworn, with original packaging.
Replacement pieces will be sent out in case your order is lost in transit.
4 STEPS TO MAKING AN EXCHANGE :
- Please inform us within 2 business days of receipt of damaged or incorrect order via an email to email@example.com or Whatsapp us at +91 9831059125 to inform us of the issue.
- Send us a photograph of the damaged/ incorrect product, so the Eina Ahluwalia QC team can decide whether product is approved for return.
- Once our quality control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method. In most cases, we ask you to send back the piece via the cheapest possible method (at your cost).
- Eina Ahluwalia will replace the damaged/ incorrect item with a fresh piece, free of charge in case of a genuine issue with the product, with no additional shipping cost for the replacement. Please note, we do not refund orders. Replacements will only be made after we have received your piece back in its original packaging. We are not liable for any replacements that we were not notified about within 2 days of receipt of the order.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
- Incorrect size ordered.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Refusal to pay any custom/import duties or taxes at the time of delivery.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some minor variation from piece to piece.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
