How long will my order take to reach me?

We usually aim to ship out orders within 2 - 7 working days unless it is a custom made order.

Custom made orders are typically dispatched within 14 working days post approval of artwork by the customer. Artwork is sent to the customer within 2 - 3 working days of receipt of order (and payment). 

As soon as an order is shipped, our team sends you an intimation of the same via email along with tracking details. Our logistics partners are Blue Dart and Delhivery for India and India Post for international deliveries.

Orders once shipped out, typically take 2 working days in transit within India and roughly 10 to 20 working days in transit internationally.

How do I track my order?

As soon as you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from Ccavenue or RazorPay (our partner payment gateways) as a proof of payment. As soon as an order is shipped, our team sends you an intimation of the same via email along with tracking details. Our logistics partners are Blue Dart and Delhivery for India and India Post for international deliveries.

I didn't check out of my cart last time! How do I recover my cart?

To keep track of your abandoned cart, simply log in to your profile from the 'My Account' tab on the top right-hand corner of the page. Your order history will be listed below!

I want to customize my 'Name Necklace/Monogram Cufflinks' but do not know how to online!

Choose your desired plating, chain length (or back mechanism in case of cufflinks) and any other options given and then use the text box provided to fill in the correct spelling or phonetic spelling (in case of vernacular languages) of your name and our team will call or text you to confirm the same before we start production of your custom made necklace!

 

How long will my custom made piece take to reach me?

Custom made orders are dispatched within roughly 14 working days post approval of artwork by the customer. Artwork is sent to the customer within 2 - 3 working days of receipt of order (and payment). We do provide alternative artwork (within a limit) in case you are not satisfied with the artwork sent to you. Only once the artwork is approved (by you) is it sent for handcrafting. We do not share artwork before an order is placed.

Custom made orders take up to 3 weeks to reach you anywhere within India and roughly 45 days to reach internationally.

I want to include a personalised message in my order but do not know how to online!

When you click on your Jewellery Bag (Cart), you will see a form that says "Note to Designer". Use this form to fill in your request and our team will ensure your message is included in your order!
