Do you deliver outside of India?
Absolutely! Just switch to a foreign currency of your choice on the top right hand corner of our site and shop away! A PayPal button will appear at checkout, whereby you can pay via your PayPal account OR any debit or credit card of your choice (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover supported).

How long will my order take to reach me?
Orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days on receipt of order, via DHL or UPS and transit time is usually 5-7 working days. Custom made orders are dispatched within 14 working days after approval of artwork by you. Artwork is sent to you within 2 working days of receipt of order (and payment). We do offer a couple of alternative artworks in case you are not satisfied with the original design sent. Only once you approve of the artwork it is sent for handcrafting. We do not share artwork before an order is placed.

Will I be asked to pay any extra international duties on my order?
International shipments sometimes may attract additional duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary widely between states and countries. Do look into your home country’s import guidelines to refer to the same.
How do I track my order?
As soon as you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from PayPal (our partner payment gateway) as a proof of payment. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing the tracking number as well as tracking link on the email address provided by you. Choose your desired plating, chain length (or back mechanism in case of cufflinks) and any other options given and then use the text box provided to fill in the correct spelling or phonetic spelling (in case of vernacular languages) of your name and our team will email/call or Whatsapp you to confirm the same before we start production of your custom made necklace!
Which do you recommend between 'Bullet back' & 'Chain link' for the custom Monogram Cufflinks?
We usually recommend bullet back cufflinks as they are easier to wear and preferred by most modern gentlemen today.

We do not share artwork before an order is placed. The total process takes anywhere between 14 - 18 working days for dispatch and around 3 to 4 weeks to reach you anywhere outisde of India.

When you click on your Jewellery Bag (Cart), you will see a form that says "Note to Designer". Use this form to fill in your request and our team will ensure your message is included in your order!
